Key Qualifications Coordinate and fully own the experience, agenda, information and logistics during international / high-rank Apple teams visits, including C-level external meetings Plan, coordinate and communicate employee events such as group meetings, team building events, global keynote sessions, off-sites and all-staff forums Support, help communicate and project-manage special initiatives and campaigns such as inclusion and diversity, volunteering, wellness, enterprise and education events Manage Country Manager calendar, showing flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritise schedules based on last-minute changes Maintain up to date and proactively manage TLT team calendar and group mailing lists Be the central point of contact for coordination and communication of cross-departmental / cross-market events and activities Support, raise and follow-up customer issues with the Executive Relations team Maintain contact with key departments supporting team outside of Turkey, and sharing their relevant updates with the organisation (e.g. Apple Travel, Global Security, IS&T) Schedule internal and external meetings, conferences and visits for the Country Manager Organise complex, domestic and international travel arrangements for the Country Manager Process purchase requisitions and expense reports for the Country Manager Provide welcome and orientation for newcomers in the team and support managers with equipment ordering Be the liaison for Strategy BDMs of the IMMEA region to arrange and facilitate the business meetings cycle (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews, strategy planning sessions, etc.) Prepare, update and communicate sales teams activity calendar including but not limited to weekly sales meetings, quarterly business reviews, business development plannings etc. Prepare, update and circulate meeting materials ahead of time, including keynotes, agenda, etc.
Take minutes of the meetings and managing the flow of communication before and after the meetings Description The Executive Assistant will provide excellent, comprehensive administrative, operational and project management support to the Sales Director and the Country Leadership team in Turkey. The highly-motivated, customer-centric individual will be embracing and role-modelling Apple culture to represent and project the best image of Apple in Turkey, and vice versa.
