We are currently looking for an HR Manager in Turkey Technology Center to be visible, interactive, trusted partner across our Engineering group. Candidate will support Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other HR activities. Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • HR Manager (HRM) owns the employee experience by coaching leaders to hire, inspire, develop, and retain the talented employees that create customer success. HRM works within a collaborative eco-system of HR peers ranging from HRBPs, Compensation, Workforce Planning, Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition to deliver high quality HR support to employees and people leaders.

    Responsibilities for this role include:

    • Engaging with employees regularly to become an expert of our people and the way they work
    • Meeting regularly & proactively with managers to provide HR guidance on change management, compensation, retention, engagement, talent assessments, and performance management
    • Coaching managers to ensure team priorities are laser focused, on-strategy and drive customer success and balancing individual and team needs
    • Driving employee development initiatives, coaching managers to create meaningful, personalized development plans
    • Active participation to HR Digitalization Projects using Lean methodology and tools
    • Strategic mindset for Inclusion and Diversity initiatives
    • Advising managers on Employee Relation related issues to ensure consistent, transparent application & adaption of policies and practices to support increased flexibility, collaboration, and autonomy; HRM will own investigations when needed
    • Mentoring the employee engagement teams that create high fun-factor events and celebrations
    • Influencing hiring to ensure we continue to hire world-class technology talent with cutting-edge capabilities in sake of cross-functional teams


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in related field
  • Minimum 5 years of prior professional work experience in HR (can include internships)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high growth, fast paced environment
  • Solution-oriented approach to problem solving and conflict resolution
  • Experience building meaningful, trusting relationships and positive work environments
  • Self-motivated and assertive: ability to navigate complex or ambiguous environments, get answers, and autonomously drive solutions
  • Passionate, employee advocate who wants to make a difference in the organization by helping employees succeed
  • Approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levels
  • Desires employee-facing work; willingness to make horizontal moves to develop HR expertise
  • Strong customer service focus, with a high level of responsiveness
  • Supportive team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
  • Applies solid judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, & confidentiality
  • Strong interest in innovative HR solutions and process improvement
  • Understanding of HR concepts and principles with expertise in a specialty area such as staffing, analytics, facilitation, etc.
  • Sound knowledge of local labor laws and government requirements
  • Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational & documentation skills
  • For roles outside of the USA- This role requires advanced experience in the Human Resources & Employee Human Resource Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
