Dolap, leader of growing second-hand ecommerce market in Turkey, was established in 2016 by three partners. Dolap, which joined Trendyol in 2018, is the market leader for the last 3 years! It continues its activities with 35 million products in 420 different categories and for 11 million users.

YOUR PROFILE

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Management, Economics, MIS and other related departments
    • At least 3 years of marketing, project management, business analyst experience in either FMCG, start up, or tech-company
    • Ownership and entrepreneurship, positive attitude, energy, openness to feedback, comfortable with a fast-changing environment
    • A great initiative taker, ability to initiate projects through ideas that have high business contribution
    • Data-driven and result-oriented
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and coordinate different parties of the projects
    • Ability to deliver fast, business-focused output of excellent qualityTeam-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
    • Having strong communication skills

YOUR CHALLENGE

    • Being the owner of content & community actions in line with brand strategy
    • Managing end-to-end operations of social media and community management (building, tracking, crisis management, post-action analysis, optimization, growth)
    • Strategising, planning & executing 360 degree communication for all channels in collaboration with cross functional teams to keep brand equity
    • Analysing user behaviour and working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide insights & foresights and suggesting new content ideas accordingly
    • Defining success metrics, monitoring and reporting
    • Continuously improving performance of the content by testing
    • Cultivating a deep understanding of the Dolap brand vision and purpose, and bring it to life in all creative ways, ideas
    • Understanding latest trends and best practices in community building
    • Searching, implementing & administrating social networks and discussion platforms
