ROLE PURPOSE
The VBU App squad manages the digital transformation of VBU assets, boosting the capability and adding alternative revenue streams via digital sales. As a Product Lead, you will define and manage the product strategy and initiatives to improve on-site and digital sales performance and customer experience.
Defining, initiating and tracking the delivery of initiatives to increase the volume of orders (and customer value) done through digital channels.
You track day-to-day performance, work closely with the marketing teams and your decisions are based on data insights from market research, Adobe Analytics and ISIS.
Job Responsibility
Your place in the team
- Design, develop, test, roll out and optimize a range of apps, journey flows and conversion funnels
- Oversee entire lifecycle of the product and has deep knowledge of the specific product/channel and its features in order to develop & maintain.
- Identifies and prioritizes stakeholders, builds sustainable relationships to drive increased business performance and best value outcomes.
- Propose digital first solutions by knowing the relevant products, solutions, features & their customer benefits, and applying this knowledge to segment-specific customer insights via specific propositions.
- Use data and analytic tools effectively (Adobe Analytics) to resolve customer issues and to identify and eradicate unnecessary challenges.
- Apply data management platforms (Audience manager, CVM Clusters, Big Data Models) to understand audiences, build segment and deliver unique audience profiles so digital channels can be personalized effectively
- Formulate hypotheses for, construct and execute A/B tests in order to maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, personas, and journeys
- Develop customer insights by implementing and using a full range of data sources such as user research, A/B testing, transactional data and online behavior models
- Understand and leverage digital channels and technologies (e.g. iOS, Android, HTML, AI, Cloud, ML etc.) that change the environment.
- Try new technologies and services, explores digital opportunities to boost digital sales and engagement. (Gamifications, Member gets member etc.)
- Create innovation in digital product journeys with prioritized features to drive value in short delivery cycles
- Define a robust MVP based on squad’s priority and your understanding of user research and the high-reaching space
- Create a world class digital experience for digital corporate customers on My Vodafone APP
- Work agile in squads closely with native iOS&Android Client/Backend developers and UX/UI designers
We are looking for you if you have
- Bachelor Degree in engineering, pure sciences or business
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
- You have strong leadership qualities
- You are a clear communicator
- You are able to balance the needs of partners from different disciplines and teams
- You are interested in crafting product requirements based on research
- Experienced in A/B testing and conversion optimization (Adobe Target)
- Knowledge on Mar-tech tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe AAM, Adobe Target, SEO)
- You are good at data analysis and data driven decision making ability
- You care about continuous learning
- Experienced in product management, digital technologies and innovations, user experience, analytics.
- Results-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills
- Problem solving & decision making
- Insight driven, analytic and out-of-the- box thinking skills
