Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for overall digital strategy including proposition, creation, execution, and measurement of all digital activities. S/he will own all digital tools together with web site development and management.
Please note that we will not have an agency support for this role.
Experience Required
- Deep understanding of YouTube and paid social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Experience with programmatic media buying and display marketing/retargeting
- Extensive search/PPC experience
- Skilled in audience segmentation and persona targeting
- Strong analytics background and ability to critically analyze and leverage performance data to measure and optimize campaign performance
- Thorough understanding of product-focused content and messaging to story tell the benefits and customer pain points through innovative and unique campaigns
- Thorough understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems including e-mail marketing
- Experience with strategy development to drive relevant traffic to the company web and lead generation
- Deep understanding of SEO and SEM
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google AdWords is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Native Turkish speaker, English is required
- 2+ years’ experience in inbound marketing or performance marketing in high growth B2B/SaaS companies
- Experience in an international company with multi-culture environment is a plus
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, Basic design skills preferred
- Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
- Exceptional organic & SEO skills and active user of social media
- Familiar with growth hacking tools in addition to experience with web analytics tools (e.g. Google/Adobe Analytics) and BI tools
- Proven ability to build consensus and work quickly and effectively within a cross-departmental team
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
