Digital Marketing Internship

We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern to join our digital marketing department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.As a digital marketing intern, you will collaborate with our marketing and advertising team in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels.
This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment and to effectively connect our brand with our online customers.

Job Responsibilities

Digital marketing intern will have a chance to experience to work in a software company which develop in-house projects. S/he will involve into the marketing project of a specific ERP solution. At the end of the intern period, s/he will get familiar with the terminology and good experience with the tools that used in the digital marketing.

You will be contributing to the:

• Digital content creation, giving insight about the digital content,
• Generating daily/weekly/monthly KPI reports and taking necessary actions of all digital campaigns,
• A/B testing on the campaigns in order to have a deeper understanding on the target audience behaviors,
• Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEM, email, social media, video and display advertising,
• Measure and report performance of all digital platforms and campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI, KPIs),
• Keeping up with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement tools,
• You’ll directly report to the head of marketing.

Meantime, s/he able to implement a marketing plan from A-Z.
Fresh graduate from related fields or software fields are encouraged to apply.

Job Requirements

• Fluency in English,
• Preferred language is Turkish or Arabic,
• Creative thinking ability,
• Having passion to learn and improve,
• Desire to build career in Marketing field,
• Open to work in multicultural environment ,
• Strong attention to details and comfortable with numbers,
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills,
• Interest to new technologies, digital platforms and social media,
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Power Point, Excel, Word),

(Preferred but not required)

• Any experience of Google Adwords, Google Analytics, SEM, SEO, Facebook & Twitter Advertisement,
• Any experience as project leader, coordinator or president in student clubs is an asset,
• Any experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels ,
• Any experience in analyzing with digital marketing tools,
• Any experience on A/B and multivariate experiments,
• Any experience of Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut,
• Any other language is a big plus.
