Customer Service Agent
Job Description:
Answers incoming customer e-mails regarding order follow-up, product-related questions, service questions, and general client concerns, FAQ.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer
Update customer information in the customer service database
Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
Impact the company’s bottom line by problem-solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers
Required skills: Critical thinking, communication, Microsoft excel, computer skills, English
Haftada 40-50 saat calisabilecek – gunler ve gun ici saatler tamamen kendisi tarafindan belirlenecek, calisma saatleri esnek.
Ise hazirlik icin egitim turkce olacak, ancak kullanilan platformlar ve customer Ingilizce kullaniyor. Bu nedenle ingilizce seviyesi ileri duzeyde, gunluk yazisma dilini bilen ve efektif kullanabilen eleman araniyor.
Sözleşme süresi: 6-12 ay
