We are now looking for an experienced UPS Customer Engineer to join our team in Istanbul, TR . This is an exciting opportunity to become fully trained and qualified on Vertiv UPS Systems. You will join a successful team who ensure service delivery is second to none.
Your main responsibilities as an UPS Customer Engineer will be:
- Complete on-site diagnostics and service calls ;
- Performing preventative maintenance Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of domestic and international UPSs ;
- Understanding the needs of customers and defining overall technical and business solutions ;
- Manage and maintain customer relationships and follow up on customer feedback to achieve high level of customer satisfaction ;
- Giving emergency assistance ;
- Providing technical support for product ;
- Generate problem and resolution reports ;
- Providing technical support to customers ;
- Checking, auditing, correcting and informing the customer relations ;
- Providing off-duty telephone and technical support to customers who will be served 7×24 ;
- Implementation of the work in accordance with occupational health and safety rules and regulations ;
- Completing the work in a timely and complete manner to ensure customer satisfaction ;
- Compliance with updated service instructions.
Requirements:
- Graduate of Electrical and Electronics Engineering of Universities ;
- Experienced in UPS service and knowledge on power electronics ;
- Strong knowledge of installation, maintenance and troubleshooting ;
- Use measuring and mounting tools ;
- Read and analyze electrical and pcb circuit diagrams ;
- Technical orientation ;
- Good knowledge of English and Turkish;
- Service logic and customer-oriented ;
- Good communication skills ;
- Flexibility and self learning ;
- Be a good team playe r;
- Organizational skills, management skills ;
- Willingness to travel as required ;
- Have knowledge in microsoft office programs ;
- Will be able to keep up with the busy work tempo ;
- Comply with flexible working hours ;
- Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for traveling ;
