ROLE PURPOSE
- Designing, planning, maintaining and administering Local & Cloud Messaging Systems both e-mail and instant messaging, Mobile Device and Application Security, Online Meeting Systems
- Ensure Service Availability, Governance, Security, Design, Topology and Best Practices

Key Activities / Decision Areas
- Maintaining and administering Microsoft Exchange 2016, 2019, Lync/Skype for Business, Microsoft SMTP, Symantec Bright Mail, Veritas Enterprise Vault, E-Mail Archiving solutions, MDM Solutions, Online Meeting PLatforms
- Participates in and supports development of long-term strategic goals for Exchange-based messaging and collaboration solutions
- Provide L2 system support for owned systems, Monitor and analyse daily automated reports or actively Exchange databases and mail flow for efficiencies
- Monitor ticketing system to receive work assignments and fulfill L2 requests for email service following standard operating procedures
- Maintain existing and, as required, develop new documentation that will include but is not limited to RFQs, Topologies, System Architecture Guides, L1 Support Documentations and Diagrams adhering to organizational templates, policies, and standards.
- Supporting global based on local projects with international stakeholders
- Act as a solution specialist and create solution documents includes; system topology, high & low Level designs according to business requirements
- Developing and Maintaining online audio and video meeting platforms
- Familiarity configuring and maintaining Microsoft Cloud Solutions ; Office 365 Tools and Applications
- Developing and offering technical solutions recommendations for improving existing infrastructure & process and structuring new services in order to improve the end-user experience, improve business efficiency and reduce costs by following new emerging technologies, designing technical requirements and risks
- Ensure that the systems and services under responsibility are continuously available and accessible within the company
- Definitions of alarms and monitoring structures necessary to proactively monitor system, hardware and infrastructure components under responsibility
- Continual research on new & emerging technologies to provide customer satisfaction
- Provide after-hours/on-call support, as needed, for a 24×7 operational environment
