Growth Team is working for the long term and sustainable growth of Trendyol by reaching millions of people everyday through all possible channels and tactics. The team analyzes data to make great decisions and hunts potential growth opportunities working with other teams within Trendyol. Growth team aims to maximize user experience by offering our customers relevant and timely communication & content. At the end, we are all working towards the same goal: to create an excellent experience for our customers!
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university
- At least 7 years of experience working in a similar role (preferably in technology sector)
- Previous experience in account management is a plus
- Analytical thinker, result-oriented, high achiever, strategic thinker, good team player, high sense of responsibility,
- Proactive and a practical thinker
- Ability to prioritize effectively across multiple tasks
- Ability to deliver fast, business-focused output of excellent quality
- Strong team management skills
- Basic skills on copywriting is preferred
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including content team, video team and all channels
- Taking action to solve the problems faced by the team
- Continuously analyzing the results and suggesting new content ideas
- Setting the communication plan for all channels in collaboration with different teams
- Managing the day-to-day running of the several contents in social media channels
- Uncovering opportunities to develop creative briefs and propose campaign ideas, write briefs
- Cultivating a deep understanding of the Trendyol brand vision and purpose, and bring it to life in all creative assets
- Having a curious mindset that keeps you one step ahead of technology trends and discovering new creative ways, ideas
- 360 degree thinking of the content and applying it to all channels
