Partner with Trade Marketing and Sales teams on all key commercial decisions, build relationship to increase the level of understanding and transparency of business financials.
Review, report and advice on revenue growth, trade spent trends and profitability by sales Channels, Customers, Product Categories and SKUs.
Enable financial KPIs, process and reports for measuring the effectiveness and control of the commercial budget and create transparency to track trends and variances.
Support identifying monitoring optimal assortment mix by category, channel customer.
Drive pre and post analysis for effectiveness and profitability of promotions.
Partner with commercial teams for annual, quarterly and monthly forecasting process in alignment with business planning and budgeting calendar.
Participate in the channel strategy development process and ensure that the commercial plans are executed in line with the strategy.
Identify and evaluate impact of external events / trends on the operating activities and performance of the business; ensure necessary actions are taken by the commercial teams.
Implement procedures and processes to ensure that company is getting performance in line with customer agreements.
Partner with the IT department to develop digital solutions for more effective reporting, analysis and monitoring on key performance metrics.

qualifications
- University degree from Business/Finance/ or Engineering.<br><br>6-7 years of prior experience in Controlling
- Finance
- Auditing
- Accounting
- Decision Support and/or Trade Marketing.<br><br>Experience in FMCG required.<br><br>Results oriented
- entrepreneurial
- proactive and self-motivating.<br><br>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft(excel
- word
- PowerPoint) as well as ERP systems such as SAP.<br><br>Excellent analytical skills and ability to aggregate data from different sources into one comprehensive picture.<br><br>Attention to detail while being able to see the whole picture.<br><br>Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business context with a sales perspective.<br><br>Excellent personal and communication skills.<br><br>Advanced in written and oral English Turkish.
