Client Success Manager (Turkish speaking, remote)

Libertex’s crypto business is looking for a Client Success Manager to join the Sales team remotely.

What Will You Do?

Convert Leads to Clients

Retain/Upsell Clients

Communicate with clients (calls, chats, e-mails) in accordance with the existing high-quality standards

Coordinate efforts with all the adjacent departments

Report regularly to the head of the department

Requirements

Native Turkish

Fluent English (Upper Intermediate or higher)

Experience in Fin-Tech or Crypto

Phone sales experience

Knowledge of Blockchain and Cryptomarkets
