This role sits within our Claims department in our Istanbul office and will be an important support role to help us achieve ongoing regulatory requirements. The role has been raised in response to increasing administration requirements and due to manual workarounds now required to handle our regulatory reporting processes and systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and handle the administrative tasks within the Claims Team as per our local regulations
- To support admin tasks of the claim handlers where required
- Provide general assistance and support to department, colleagues and managers including projects and ad-hoc tasks as they arise
Qualifications
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Fluent in English and Turkish language
- Preference for a University degree or relevant experience in a similar role
- Competent in Microsoft Office.
- A general understanding of the insurance/ reinsurance market is desirable
- Continues to develop technical and broader business skills.
- Experience of workflow systems and ability to acquire new IT skills.
