Chloe Customer Care and Operations Specialist (Temporary)

Job Description:

  • Lead customer service orders management and Logistics services in handling and prioritizing the day to day operations of Order to Serve Process until ship out to ensure markets expected monthly sales in are fulfilled,
  • Achieve customer care objectives by providing relevant information on time, weekly updates and coordinating with the relevant action owner to resolve orders processing blockers and ship out challenges,
  • Monitor and Track department KPIs and identify gap RCA and develop resolution CAPA,
  • Identify, recommend and implement processes improvement and change needed to ensure an optimal level of customer services adhering to Demand to Cash and compliance procedures,
  • Develop and maintain system improvements enhancing team working knowledge of all processes and benchmark best practices,
  • Develop and maintain department procedures SOPs and working instructions,
  • Revise and optimize the SLA with all customers served and the SLA with LSP ,
  • Collaborate proactively with customers through deep understanding of challenges and required deliverables by exploring best effective solution enhancing customer satisfaction,
  • Coach and support the team to ensure efficient and effective customer service operations are delivered on time.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree from a Business School. Supply Chain professional education would be an advantage,
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Supply Chain,
  • Experience with 3rd Party Logistics companies and Freight Forwarders,
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
