ROLE PURPOSE

Adding fresh vision, fresh ideas to team. Taking responsibility of digitalization, being SPOC between vendor and users. To train and learn via taking basic responsibilities of investment and field projects

Your place in the team

• E2E management of given technology (delivery plan, target and investment tracking)
• Ensure the sites overall network availability targets
• Tender readiness, tender contract management, SOW and RM preparation
• Digital tool implementation and stabilization process
• Infrastructure design & sustainability management of sites.
• Optimizing processes and site re-design to create Smart Site.
• Manage effective and strong relations with all the internal stakeholders to improve the performance of the region according to the technology strategies & plans
• Managing RAN Rollout & Field Regional Teams, BÇOs, Service Providers and Vendors
• Analyzing project based Rollout & Field investment, budget phasing management.
• RAN Rollout & Field logistic material delivery coordination with Regions and Warehouse
• Ensuring all network installation and civil work are compliant with VF standards.
• Ensuring VF HSE procedures compliancy with local HSE regulations.
• To prepare the closing report sharing with Global and Finance departments & checking the compatibility with DB targets

We are looking for you if you have

• Good knowledge about 2G, 3G, LTE network structure, site, equipments and management of RAN Rollout projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
• Good communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills in competitive environments
• Strong team player and able to use own initiative to achieve company objectives
• Curiosity, Fast, Multi-functional and multi-tasking skills,
• Have project management skills
• Ability to take calculated risks
• Graduate from Electronics, Computer or Telecommunication Engineering.
• Min 5 years Job experience on Telecommunication.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities. Curiosity, fast, multi-functional and multi-tasking skills.
• To have intermediate or advance level of English.
