- RFQ form: which is the form you must fill it, sign and stamp it.

And please take in your consideration the following points:
- The applied prices should be TL only.
- The deadline for submission your offer is 12-11-2019 at 17:00
- All documents should be stamped and signed by your side.
- Fill the offered duration and the validity offer you have for this bid in the RFQ template.
- Your offer should be send in sealed envelope, and to be signed and stamped.
- Offers sent to the email will be refused
- Prices should be without Taxes.
NOTE: PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE WINNER BIDDER SHOULS DELIVER THE ITEMS TO VIOLET WAREHOUSE IN IDLEB CITY.
