This is an exciting opportunity where, as a Business Operations Administrative Assistant, you will provide admin support and carry out basic analytic tasks by collecting, entering and organizing data/meetings/events and other information to support projects; works with project members to implement project activities, monitor and prepare status reports on progress, analyze data, make suggested corrections if needed and write final project reports. You will also assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives; prepare ad hoc & regular reports for HR and top management.

A Day in the Life
We offer you a position where you can demonstrate your skills at your utmost with the combination of your diversity background within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to deliver our business objectives. You will also be responsible for;

  • Managing PO’s and invoices, making the purchase for the department.
  • Arranging catering for meetings heading the meeting and meeting room bookings.
  • Travel Visa Applications, flights and hotel bookings, meet & greet on arrival for respective Directors.
  • Interview and meeting scheduling, registrations for Conferences/Events, calendar management for respective Directors.
  • Consolidation of data within the respective teams and organizations and preparing Powepoint presentations when requested by respective Directors.
  • Approvals for department related events and trainings and carrying out their organizations and coordinations.
  • Printing, stamping or signing of letters unless the Directors signature required.
  • Courier and department related admin works.
Must Haves

  • University graduate from relevant fields,
  • 1-3 years experience in a similar job.
  • Proficient in computer technology and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Fluency in English.
