General context
Assystem Envy, which is an Assystem Group company, being Turkey’s one of the leading consultancy and engineering firms, has performed engineering and consultancy services for power generation projects, designed natural gas / crude oil pipeline, and involved in the most important projects in the region. Assystem Envy has worked with private sector and public sector for ESIA studies, site investigation studies, geological, geophysical, geotechnical investigations, laboratory studies, site supervision, owners and lenders engineering services etc.
We are seeking for colleagues Business Development and Tender Expert for Environmental Projects to take part in our company’s local and international projects.
General Qualifications
- Graduate from relevant departments of universities [preferably MSc. / BSc. environmental engineering];
- Having MSc. and PhD. Is an advantage,
- Has been active in the EIA & ESIA processes;
- Has at least 5 years experience in the sector;
- Fluent in English both oral and written;
- Can use MS Office programs in good level;
- Has project tracking and coordination skills;
- Having effective oral and written communication skills and relationship management in institutions and organizations;
- Will be able to work in harmony with the team and team management.

- Easy going, develops relationships quickly.

Writing excellent proposals based on customer RFPs.

Search & identity subcontractors which watch client RFP.

Develop new business model based on RFPs.

Work closely with internal staff on development of proposals,

Conduct business development activities such as client visits, subcontractor visits, brown bag seminars, presentations, phone calls, and attend industry related trade shows,

Support business development strategy,

Develop and maintain rapport with new and existing clients for future business development and/or referrals,

Identify new clients, subcontractors and develop relationships with them to discover potential areas of growth,

Track client feedback information and ensure commitments to clients are met,

Record interactions with clients and distribute relevant client or opportunity information internally.
