WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Responsible for Yves Saint Laurent, Armani, Prada, Valentino, Mügler, and Fragrances Portfolio, direct report to L’Oréal Luxe General Manager as a member of Division Management Commitee
  • D

  • efine and steer the brands’ strategies for the category consistent with the international brand positioning and the country’s priorities to contribute to continued growth for the brand and the consumer relationship
  • D

  • efine the strategic orientations and the 3-year marketing plan for the category, monitor the portfolio (new launches, pillar products’ renewal and animation of core catalogue)
  • M

  • anage the collection and analysis of consumer and market insights for the category, share findings with the HQ to ensure the consistency of new product development based on local needs
  • C

  • oordinate and approve launches 360 support and pillar product go-to-market strategy to ensure brand management, strategy and planning aligned with the brand vision
  • M

  • anage the budget (sales forecast; prica strategy, profitability, P&L etc.) for the category
  • D

  • efine and monitor media plans, implement promotions and ensure implementation of right offline and online trade marketing plans
  • E

  • stablish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders inside the Company (finance, supply chain, sales, retail), digital ecosystem and media partners

  • aintain understanding of the latest digital opportunity and trends in consumer interaction and inspire the teams with those possibilities

  • uild a strong partnership with Digital Technology to improve services

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES:

  • 4 years university degree and excellent communication skills in English
  • M

  • in 8 years of marketing experience
  • S

  • olid business understanding, creative mindset and willingness to work on new business ideas, strong cooperation skills to work closely with marketing and sales
  • D

  • emonstrates ability to manage complex projects of a technical nature, methodological mindset to test new ideas and work towards valid results

  • ood understanding of digital and e-commerce first business management.
