We are looking for Brand Manager for Specialty Care to join the team in Istanbul, Turkey

Reporting to Marketing Manager, the main responsibility of the role is;

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing and promotional mix to meet brand objectives and customer needs.

• Plan and implement marketing strategies for group of brands and develop the Genzyme’s leadership in Rare Disease area and partnership in specialities to meet the short and long-term objectives.

• Prepare marketing plans analyzing the relevant markets and defining long and short -term qualitative and quantitative objectives.

• Manage communications with sales force and other peers and all strategic partners to ensure marketing objectives are met. Maintain close relations with the sales force to ensure interchange of information.

• Communicate the brand marketing strategies to the sales team through both brand strategy and periodical meetings; to ensure cooperation regarding the strategies and to monitor the results.

• Maintain and develop credibility and reputation among KOL’s, HCP’s and other stakeholders.

• To monitor the innovations, market developments and opportunities in the market; to keep the brand vision dynamic in accordance with the market conditions; to develop projects to take benefit from opportunities in the market.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Biology etc.

• Master in Business / Management/ Marketing degree is a plus

• At least 2 years working experience as Brand Manager

• Fluency both in spoken and written in English

• Digital marketing experience is a plus

• Strong analytic, strategic thinking and business planning skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skill, problem-solving skills, persistent and positive mindset, strong accountability and great team player

• Self directive and outspoken

• Innovative thinking, being ready to adapt change

• Ability to work in dynamic environment
