We kindly request you to submit your quotation for Procurement of Walnut and Almond Seedlings, as detailed in Technical Specifications provided as Annex 1 of attached Request for Quotation. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form as Annex 2 in attached Request for Quotation. Quotations may be submitted on or before 18.10.2019, 17:30 (GMT+3) and via hand delivery or courier mail to the address below: United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Yıldız Kule, Yukarı Dikmen Mahallesi, Turan Güneş Bulvarı, No:106, Kat: 21, 06550, Çankaya, Ankara/Turkey It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will reach the exact address above, on or before the deadline. Quotations that are received by UNDP after the deadline and time indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. Please note that Turkish version of this RFQ and its Annexes are given only for reference purposes. In case of an inconsistency between Turkish and English versions, the English version shall prevail. Any delay in UNDP’s response shall not be used as a reason for extending the deadline for submission, unless UNDP determines that such an extension is necessary and communicates a new deadline to the Proposers. This contact person and address is officially designated by UNDP. If inquiries are sent to other person/s or address/es, even if they are UNDP staff, UNDP shall have no obligation to respond nor can UNDP confirm that the query was received. |
