HANDICAP INTERNATIONAL (HI) Emergency Response Division, within its programs implemented in Iraq invites sealed tenders from registered suppliers for the supply of Mobility Aid Devices, Prefabricated Splints and Specific Items in Iraq.

HI – IRAQ Mission intends to award a service Contract / Framework Contract for the supply of different types and model of Mobility Aid Devices, prefabricated splints and specific items for (Positioning, Rehabilitation and Exercise) in the framework of humanitarian programs funded by multiple Donors. Through this tendering process, Handicap International will select one or more than one supplier (s) with whom an Yearly Framework contract will be signed for the following lots:

1. Wheelchairs Lot
2. Walking Aid Lot
3. Items Lot
4. Equipment for PT Room Lot

All technical specifications including visual effects are also given as reference in each lot, in English, that may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders from the following address:

This tender is open for all qualified bidders and service providers. Bidders shall send their proposal to the address above not later by Sunday November 07, 2019 16:00 HRS (IRAQ Standard Time) (IRAQ Standard Time) only in a sealed envelope with the reference and note mention below:

IRAQ/2019/CFT–002/AD /Name of Company Not to be opened before the Tender opening session”.

Any requests after the deadline will not be considered.
