Set to open in early 2021, Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus, Istanbul, will be Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group’s second hotel in Turkey. The hotel will enjoy a prime location on the sunny shores of the Bosphorus, situated on the European side of Istanbul in the high-end residential Kuruçeşme neighborhood.
The urban resort, with its lush generous enchanted gardens, will feature two outdoor pools and private wooden pavilions on the shores of the Bosphorus. Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus, Istanbul will be comprised of 100 spacious guestrooms and suites, innovative restaurants & bars and expensive and elegant banqueting facilities. Spread over 2,700 square meters, The Spa at Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus, Istanbul will become one of Istanbul’s best wellness and beauty destination.
Duties and Responsibilities
Technical management of all meeting rooms & public spaces Background music and audio systems
Supporting meeting groups for A/V requirements
Providing necessary A/V systems to meeting owners
Providing technical IT support to guests and colleagues
Mounting, demounting, commissioning and decommissioning of IT & AV including PC, Printer, Projector, TV, Amplificator, speakers, sound mixer, microfons, network switches, Access points etc.
Making necessary cabling for IT & AV
Ensure ALL guest bedrooms have working HSIA and IRES Systems
Assist hotel guests with the HSIA and IRES Systems
Ensure ALL Conference and Meetings are set up if requested for all IT & T needs including Audio & Visual systems
Proactively prevent issues before they occur (Routine controls)
As and when required, take support calls out of hours
Requirements
Experienced especially in Audio Videosystems.(IT background is a plus)
Knowledge on IRES, HSIA, Networking, Wifi, Security and Audio Video systems
English and Turkish communication skills.Prioritization skills necessary to meet deadlines
Strong problem solving skills
