Duties & Responsiblities
To assist in coordinating colleague housing cleaning schedule to ensure it is always in a clean and tidy condition arranging additional cleaning according to operational needs
To coordinate the arrival and departure of colleagues obtaining information via Human Resources and communicating to the Security Gate colleagues
To be aware of room allocations according to their level and position
To welcome colleagues and escorted to their rooms and appropriate keys given
To ensure all colleagues are given Colleague Handbook on arrival and acknowledgment page is collected from them and this filed
To present all colleagues with inventory list and gather necessary signatures
To present colleagues with arrival amenities to make them feel welcomed
To monitor behavior of colleagues and report any incidents to Human Resources/ Security immediately
To complete daily walk around with Colleague Housing Manager and report any faults and repairs needs to the Colleague Housing Engineering Department
Requirements
Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business or Hospitality Management
At least 3 years of relevant experience in luxury community management or luxury hotel
management
Excellent communication skills in all aspects: verbal, written and non-verbal
Professional and appropriate business appearance and presentation
Quality driven with a passion for excellence.
Must possess excellent organizational and administrative skills and interpersonal skills
Approachable, open-minded and fair
