Account Sales Manager

We are looking for a Striker who will be responsible to manage the sales relationship with the customers (Key Accounts + Traditional Channel) in assigned region through the implementation of agreed merchandising standards. Deliver maximum distribution and availability of Red Bull products. Ensure the perfect execution of defined model store standards. The Striker will be directly reporting to National Field Sales Manager.

Customer Management

Implementing company priorities according to the monthly and annual targets

Understanding customer needs, feeding customers with information, action planning to solve customer problems.

Analysing customer results, action planning and informing Managers

Preparing customer facts data by the data entries on the hand helds

Executing action plans and manage all communication in line with company priorities

Store Management

Ensure the execution of all annual agreements counterparts, promotional activities, reach maximum execution KPIs in accounts where he is responsible from.

Maintain availability of Red Bull products to the consumer in all covered outlets

PS visits in line with the route plan

Coordination and communication with the sales team at the PS

Preparing presentations for the management

Conducting in-store competitive analysis, follow up and informing management

Give necessary training to the merchandising & SR team

Push for maximum orders to the store staff in order to have well stocked displays.

Provide the required field reports by the company and follow-up of all activities and report them sustainably.

Building Strategic Business Relationships

Build great relationships in every call by providing first class customers service so all opportunities can be exploited.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:
FMCG experience (branded or retail experience) – min 1 year

Internship in sales of FMCG company is an asset for a new graduate

Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships.

Good selling skills: communication, negotiation and objection handling skills

Has commercial awareness and basic understanding of commercial maths.

Good command in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Driving License

University Degree

Native in Turkish, Fluent in English

Travel up to 25%
