Operations Team is the center of operations at Trendyol! Team manage end-to-end operation activities and develop processes on the competitive marketplace. These are five main discipline within Operations Team: Warehouse Management, Delivery, Supply Chain, Operations Business Development, Operational Excellence , Warehouse Projects & Optimization and Ops Business Development At the end, we are all working towards the same goal: to create an excellent experience for our customers at Trendyol.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree (engineering field-must)
• Experience about logistics planning and warehouse logistics operations minimum 2 years
• Experience in milk-run management is a plus
• E-commerce logistics experience is a plus
• Customer and result-oriented approach
• Having an analytical mindset
• Strong coordination and communication skills, quality oriented, solution minded, high planning abilities
• Having strong communication and team working skills
• Excellent at excel
• Experienced in defining objectives for the team and lead them accordingly

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Management of milk-run operation at high service level and cost optimization and providing maximum utilization of trucks
• Planning of resources, equipment and fleet size according to changing sales demands
• To sets and follow up daily, weekly, monthly and annual KPI’s and goals for the logistics operation
• Regularly meet with on-field team, give & receive feed-backs and monitors progress closely
• To manage supplier relations, pooling potential suppliers, concluding service contracts in compliance with company policies.
• To establish visibility reports (cost,quality,compliance and speed) and coordinate it with technology teams.
• Regularly search for savings possibilities on transportation cost
• To secure global security, administration and safety standards and procedures are implemented, maintained and strictly adhered to
• To join and to coordinate logistics and operations projects as needed
