Humanitarian Aid for Syrians in Turkey – Cash Transfer

Welthungerhilfe (WHH) was established in 1962. It is today one of the largest private organizations working in the area of development cooperation and humanitarian aid in Germany. Non-profit-seeking, non-partisan and nondenominational. Donations from the population at large fund our work in Africa, Asia and Latin America. In addition, Welthungerhilfe receives grants from the Federal German Government, the European Union, USAID/OFDA, the United Nations and many other worldwide recognized donors.
WHH has secured funding from our German donor AA and plans to use some of the funds for the implementation of a winterization I cash transfer program for Syrian refugees and host community living in Gaziantep and Hatay/Turkey, starting in November 2019 until end of February 2020.
In total, WHH wishes to use the equivalent of minimum of 350.000,00 Euros in Turkish Lira in the implementation of one project in the provinces of Gaziantep and Hatay. The project aims to provide beneficiaries with cash cards in order to be able to cover their needs.
WHH would like to receive proposals for the provision of cash transfer services (cash cards) for minimum of 1.500-2.000 users in Gaziantep and Hatay. This tender might result in signing to contracts, one contract for each location.
Quotations should be valid for one year. Quotations must specify all details according to the tender text. Suppliers who do not receive a written feedback three week after the deadline for the bid submission will have to consider their bid being unsuccessful.
