Job Responsibility
Your place in the team
- Improving sales force efficiency agenda within Direct Sales VBU
- Optimising Direct Sales Channels tools and sources.
- Driving “Win with winning Customers” agenda
- Collecting direct sales field teams insigths about G2M and Sales Process
- Define Best in Class Sales Process for Direct Sales
- Implement “Sales Pro Academy” agenda for direct sales
- Perfectly Execute Data Driven Commercial Performance Dashboards for Direct Sales
Long Description
We are looking for you if you have
- Graduate from Business Administration , Industrial Engineering , Economics
- At least 3 years experience
- Excellent Command of English
- Excellent command in MS Office Programs (sql and Excel VBA knowledge is an asset)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Anticipate and solve problems with a consensus based approach and harmony
- Share knowledge with colleagues
- Strong analytical skill and be eligible in team working
- Responsibility, Self-respect and self-reliance
