What You Bring
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing (Adobe, Google Analytics etc), growth marketing,
- Experience in e-commerce operations is a plus
- Experience in retail, sales, marketing or consulting in technology sector is also a plus,
- Previous experience in customer relations management,
- Digital marketing & tool know-how
- BA/BS degree, engineering background is preferred,
- Perfect command of English, both written and spoken,
- Excellent skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, organization,
- Analytical mindset,
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at a time while paying high attention to detail,
- Proactivity
- Ability to work and thrive in a team,
- Eagerness for research and improvement, excellent self-learning skills,
- Strong problem solving skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Main Objectives:
- Responsible for actualizing annual sales, revenue, CR and ROI targets of customers
- Responsible for customer happiness and smooth workflow
- Responsible for guiding the clients correctly and on time
Main Responsibilities:- Managing e-commerce websites to increase revenue,
- Conducting market research, competition analysis and sales channel evaluation,
- Providing strategic and consultative advice,
- Helping to solve issues with customers in e-commerce and digital marketing,
- Implementing creative ways to improve customer relationships and increasing revenues,
- Managing digital marketing and e-commerce strategies of different accounts,
- Improving site traffic with tools like Google Adwords, Display Banner planning, Affiliate Channels, Facebook Ads, Remarketing and Retargeting,
- Tracking online sales results and reviewing metrics incorporating forecasted results, measuring channel effectiveness and ROI on all channels,
- Initiating and following up on business development activities,
- Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual activity/campaigns reports,
- Account management: analyzing current account management processes, defining areas of development and recommending improvement ideas,
