As an AP Specialist you will be responsible for processing a high volume of invoices from assigned category for payment in a timely manner and batching to accounting system for payment.

What You’ll Do

• Enters all regular payable invoices with PO assignment from assigned queues in Avid payables system
• Enters all regular payable invoices without PO assignment from assigned queues in Legacy Avid payables system
• Review invoice allocation in Legacy Avid and correct or reroute if required
• Batches approved invoices to Navision for payment
• Reviews and processes any urgent payments required and directed by the Vendor Service Coordinator or the AP Manager
• Additional duties may be required as requested by Management

What We Want From You:

• Strong proficiency in English language (must be able to speak and write in English)
• Bachelor’s Degree minimum
• 2yrs experience in Accounts Payable or in an office environment is preferable
• Good communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Detail oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Strong Excel skills)

Work is performed indoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift.
