Invitation for Bids

 

 

The Embassy of India in Ankara invites bids from reputed CCTV Security Camera Companies based in Turkey for upgradation of existing CCTV camera system of the Embassy.

 

  1. Eligibility Criteria for bidders :

 

  • The Company should have valid registration from the respective Chamber of Commerce and the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey.

 

  • The Company should be registered with the Revenue Administrative Unit and have a valid tax number under a registered tax office.

 

  • The Company should be in operation for more than five years.

 

  • The Company should have experience in installation and maintenance of CCTV Camera systems in one or more diplomatic Missions in Ankara.

 

  • The Company should be agreeable to sign a Non-Disclosure

Agreement with the Embassy of India, if selected.

  1. Bid System

 

The Company shall submit its quotations in two separate sealed envelopes, namely (a) First Envelope – superscripted “Technical Bid for upgradation of the CCTV System”; and (b) Second envelope – superscripted  “Financial Bid for upgradation of the CCTV System”.  It should also be superscripted at the bottom left corner of the envelopes with full name, postal address, fax, email, telephone number of the bidder.

 

  • The sealed bid shall be submitted to The Head of Chanery, Embassy of India, Cinnah Cadesi 77, Cankaya, Ankara.

  • Bids may be sent by hand in person or by courier.
  • Bids received by fax/email shall NOT be accepted.

 

  • Bids received after the closing date and time (2 September 2019, 1700 hours) as prescribed in the tender notice shall not be accepted.

 

  • Bids shall be opened on the date and time as given in the tender notice at Embassy of India, Cinnah Cadesi 77, Cankaya, Ankara in the presence of the authorized representatives of the companies, who may wish to attend. The technical bids shall be opened on 2 September 2019. Financial bids of only of those companies who have qualified in the technical bid stage shall be considered.

 

  • Payment shall be paid after completion of the work. An amount of 5% of the total contract value shall be retained for a period of one year after completion of work.

 

  • The time frame for completion of job should be mentioned by the company. An amount of 0.1% of tender cost per day delay subjected to a maximum of 10% of tender cost shall be levied on the winning contractor in case of delay in completion of project.

 

  • Companies who have qualified in the technical bid stage shall be informed of date and time for opening the financial bids.

 

  • Information as per format specified at Annexure-I shall be attached with the Technical Bid and information as per format at Annexure-II shall be attached to the Financial Bid.

 

 

  1. The bidder can arrange for a pre-bidding tour by contacting Mr. Prakash Chand, Attache (Admn.) and see the premises on request at email attaché[email protected] on any working day (Monday to Friday) before 28 August 2019 (10.00 am to 5.00 pm).
