Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper

PASAJ is looking to hire Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper. We are a Brunch restaurant / Bakery specializing in Turkish /North American fusion cuisine and Turkish Pastries.

Job Duties:

• Operate an industrial dishwasher, washing dishes and glassware by hand when necessary
• Unload dishes, silverware, and glassware promptly and store them in the appropriate places
• Collect soiled dishes and cutlery from stations and return them to proper areas.
• Collect and dispose of garbage through restaurant, break down boxes and dispose of them, washes and re-lines garbage cans with new bags
• Polishes all silverware
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors.
• Cleans sink, dish machine and dish area after each meal period.
• Put away newly delivered supplies.

• Help staff with cleaning and disinfecting duties at the end of shift.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
