The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), established on December 14, 1950 by the United Nations General Assembly l, requests your price quotation for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Office ICT Equipment and Security Camera System for UNHCR’s partner in Isparta in compliance with the attached Annex-A/TechnicaI Specifications of this RFQ.
1. REQUIREMENTS
Description: ICT Equipment and Security Camera System with specifications as per Annex A.
Quantity: Indicates in Annex A for each item.
Delivery Location: Isparta (exact location will be shared with the winning bidder.
Type of services and deliverables: Successful Company shall be required to provide the required items as per the Technical Specifications / Annex-A of this RFQ, inclusive of all transportation and installation.
Currency: Please submit all-inclusive offer EITHER in TRY or USD currency without VAT. Provide your quotation only in one currency. All prices should be quoted inclusive of all related expenses such as transportation, labour, company profit or any other miscellaneous costs.

The standard payment terms of UNHCR is net 30 days upon satisfactory delivery of goods or services and acceptance thereof by UN HCR.
Please find attached in ANNEX-D the UNHCR’s General Conditions of Contracts for the Provision of Goods -2018. It need to be returned, signed and stamped, indicating that you accept UNHCR’s General Terms and Conditions.
