You will be part of the Planning and Order Fulfillment team of Hitachi ABB Power Grids Distribution Transformer Factory in Dudullu in Turkey. Reporting to the Planning and Order Fulfillment Manager, you will provide support to the wider business by ensuring that all trade and logistics activities align with corporate policies and procedures.

Your responsibilities

• Planning and monitoring export & import shipments.
• Communicating shipment plan with Project Management & Purchasing teams.
• Providing effective coordination with customs agencies.
• Providing effective coordination with 3rd party logistics companies.
• Fulfilling customer requirements related with the logistics of goods.
• Issuing export documents, shipping papers and customer documents.
• Monitoring and updating the changes in customs legislations and applications.
• Performing market search for best freight rates and services.
• Preparing related periodic internal /external reports.
• Performing standard and ad hoc detailed analyses for logistics metrics.

Your background

• University graduate (External Trade, Logistics or related field).
• Excellent command of English language both written and verbal.
• Experience in ERP systems, preferably in SAP.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Very strong communication and analytical skills.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
• Military service completed for male candidates.
