Give first line support for any Employee Relations queries including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence related cases, along with appeal processes
Promote and drive a diverse and inclusive workplace
Recruitment Selection
Draft and send employee contracts, letters and communication
Onboarding preparation and induction meetings with new hires
Assisting HR Manager on compliance related issues
Assisting in preparing the department for internal and external audit

qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree<br>Prior experience in an HR Generalist role
- preferably within a large
- matrix organisation<br>Knowledgeable on employment laws
- HR procedures and practices<br>Skilled in multitasking
- organizing and prioritizing work<br>Advance level of English<br>Knowledge of compliance requirements<br>Good interpersonal
- communication and writing skills<br>Ability to learn and support other key HR systems
- such as Succession Planning
- Recruiting<br>Strict confidentiality <br>Detail conscious with exceptional planning and organisational skills<br>Good IT skills – preferably with Google Suite and PeopleSoft HR a benefit<br>Positive attitude
