Junior Software Developer

Organon Analytics is a software company, building Artificial Intelligence products, solutions, and services.

Our software:

1) Host AI/ML/DL algorithms

2) Contain Data Ingestion, ETL, and Data Management workflows

3) Distribute computations over compute clusters

4) Process Big Data in batch and streaming modes

5) Run on-premise or on-cloud

6) Present Graphical User Interfaces for managing computations

We are looking for Junior software developers!

Qualifications for Junior Candidates:

• Min 1, Max 4 years of software development experience
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• A strong desire to build a career as a software developer in AI/ML/DL realm
• Graduation from a top-tier university.
• Should be a strong team player.
• Should have advanced oral and written communication skills.
• Eager to learn novel technologies.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Having demonstrable knowledge in Computer Architecture, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Modern Software Development Practices.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Python or C# is a plus.
• Database programming skills on SQL databases
• Experience with the creation of Extract-Load-Transform workflows in a data warehouse environment.
• Experience with Git.
• Experience with Python Data Science Tech Stack, e.g. Tensorflow, Pytorch, scikit-learn
• Experience with dockerization and containerization technologies
• Experience with distributed and parallel programming
• Backend development knowledge, e.g. REST services, HTTP, JSON.
• Unix/Linux knowledge, and shell scripting.
• Web frontend development skills, e.g. HTML, jQuery.

• Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
