Qualifications:
We are seeking an Investments and Maintenance Manager who has the will and ambition to work in İzmir Plant of Weber.
- BS degree in Engineering Departments (preferably Mechanical or Chemical Engineering)
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position
- Prior experience in project management and process design
- Prior experience in maintenance management and applications
- Prior experience in lean manufacturing systems
- Good command of English both written and verbal
- Currently residing or able to reside in İzmir
- No restriction for domestic and international travels (up to 50% of total time).
Job Description:
Reporting to Plants and Investments Director, the suitable candidate will be responsible from;
- Monitoring scheduling and management of all Capex investments, including design of required processes, budget preparation and follow up, tender and contract preparation, management of subcontractors, ensuring all projects are in line with targeted operational results, time and budget
- Preparation, reporting and management of all maintenance activities
- Leading maintenance team and supporting all departments and plants for process improvement projects
- Leading TPM activities and reporting KPI’s
