We are looking for Digital Success Analyst who are enthusiastic to play a key role in helping Trendyol provide the best shopping experience to millions of customers! You also need to keep up with the pace and the energy of our dynamic team and an agile environment!
Growth Team is working for the long term and sustainable growth of Trendyol by reaching millions of people everyday through all possible channels and tactics. The team analyzes data to make great decisions and hunts potential growth opportunities working with other teams within Trendyol. Growth team aims to maximize user experience by offering our customers relevant and timely communication & content. At the end, we are all working towards the same goal: to create an excellent experience for our customers!
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a reputable university (Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Administration, Management Information systems or related departments are preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience (experience in digital maketing or marketing analytics is a strong plus)
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Good team player, data driven, result oriented
- Careful and good at follow-up’s
- Familiar with digital marketing (google/facebook) and analytics tools
- A genuine interest in digital disciplines and stay up to date on trends
- Knowledge or genuine interest in learning SQL is a strong plus
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Giving guidance and advice to partners to increase their performance
- Analyzing brands’ marketing performance on Trendyol and giving advice, seeking out performance optimization opportunities to increase campaign performance
- Seeking ways to enable marketing campaigns to sellers who have limited or no digital marketing know-how
- Work with account manager to understand needs to help sellers better and develop reports/dashboards to increase TMS value proposition
- Work with ad tech partners (such as google/facebook) to seek out opportunities to increase marketing tools for sellers
- Work with Trendyol product teams to increase marketing campaign adoption of sellers
- Automate tracking and communication of any feature for any business partner
