We are: Airway Interline Services Inc. a fast growing company that provides a variety of professional services to airlines at Pearson International Airport.

We are looking for: enthusiastic, outgoing responsible Passenger Service Agent with driving experience to join our team.

Friendly and professional attitude

Exceptional customer service skills under high pressure situations

Ability to work flexible hours 7 days a week

Fluent in English

Additional language skills are an ASSET (French, German, Italian, Arabic, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, Hungarian, Serbian, Farsi, Turkish, Portuguese, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Etc…)

Part-time & On-Call

Minimum Requirements:

Valid G licence (F driver’s licence is an ASSET)

Must posses at least a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience in Airport Operations or Travel Industry.

Good writing skills

Quick learner

Basic computer skills

Able to work in a team environment

Working with minimum supervision

Travel industry experience (reservation and ticketing knowledge is an ASSET)

Driving Requirements:

Have a clean drivers abstract free from tickets or accidents

Be able to provide assistance with luggage up to 70 lbs
