What is Pisano Looking For?

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who guides customers through the sales process into the support phase. CSMs form a direct relationship with customers and provide them with timely value propositions. This helps customers grow and achieve goals while simultaneously strengthening their relationship with the business.


What Does Pisano Expect From You?

We expect you, our ideal Customer Success Manager to

Be responsible for implementing business information systems across multiple departments.

Identify problems and opportunities within company processes.

Build and maintain robust reporting systems and architecture across multiple departments, tools and business units.

Recommend solutions that help achieve the business goals.

Report directly to the CEO.


What Skills Do You Need?

A successful CMS is a self-motivated individual who can perform at optimal levels under pressure and be an original thinker that can offer the best solutions about customers solutions and sales opportunities.


Tools of the Trade:
Brush up on your knowledge of these tools as you will be asked to utilize them in your daily role as a CSM:

  • Microsoft/Google Office Applications
  • Personal Computers (preferably Mac)
  • Contact Management Softwares
  • Customer Relationship Management Softwares (HubSpot is preferred)
  • Customer Support Softwares
  • Cloud-based Applications

Job requirements

What Technical Qualifications Do You Need?

  • A bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a related field.
  • Experience working with senior decision makers.
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Experience creating reports and giving presentations.
  • A track record of following through on commitments.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
