Senior Cargo Sales Executive – Istanbul

As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Cargo Sales Team in Istanbul as a Senior Cargo Sales Executive. The role includes:

• Planning, directing and controlling all selling and marketing activities of the station and penetrating the local market secure new sources of revenue and surpassing set revenue budgets.
• Preparing business and marketing plan in order to optimize revenue opportunities and maximizing Qatar Airways’ presence in the market.
• Maintaining regular contacts with the cargo industry (agents, key clients, business partners, among others)
• Supervising the sales team to optimize cargo revenue production and developing / optimizing their potentials.

About you

• Minimum of High School qualification with at least 4 years of job related experience preferably within air freight industry
• Strong working knowledge of air cargo operations, products and processes
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Flexibility to travel within Turkey 50% of the time
• Have a valid Turkish Driving License
• Have the current legal right to live and work in Turkey
