What you will do

Sales Operations Specialist is a key role reporting to the Solutions BU Director located in İstanbul and is running overall reporting activities of the business unit as well as acting as a business partner between the BU director and sales team.

You will be based in our Istanbul Office and will be part of an emergent team that is passionate about growing our footprint and customer base to achieve our strong growth objectives. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate satisfactory results.

How you will do it

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you analyze and report sales, revenue, and margin data periodically, follow up the sales plan and point out any risks. You conduct and report future oriented sales and revenue analysis based on previous sales data and pipeline. You keep the sales effectiveness report and customer visit data up-to-date and supervise sales team performance (goal vs actual). You prepare project profitability analysis and share them periodically with project managers.

You control the sales & revenue data every day, update the ERP system and follow up the approvals and invoicing, prepare required documentation and presentations. You prepare ad hoc reports based on request.
