We are currently seeking a Senior Technical Intelligence Analyst to join the Cross-cutting Urgent Innovation Cell (CUIC), an organization that is unique to MITRE because:

We are looking for talented problem solvers with a passion for adapting emerging academic and commercial technologies to develop cross-cutting innovative solutions for the defense, intelligence, and civilian communities.

A Senior Technical Intelligence Analyst is needed who possesses a breadth of technical skills and domain knowledge. Successful candidate(s) will learn new techniques and approaches on-the-job working in collaboration with other team members

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience; or Master’s degree and 3 of related years; or a PhD with relevant experience who can immediately contribute at this job step; or equivalent combination of related education and work experience

Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information or applicants who are eligible for security clearances.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in counterproliferation, regional studies, and/or all-source intelligence analysis.

Open-source research and data analysis experience.

Proficiency with Python

Experience analyzing and manipulating intelligence datasets and using qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies.

Familiarity with foreign financial networks and foreign corporate structures.

Experience with all-source intelligence analysis and conducting classified research using criminal investigative tools

Experience with sanctions, targeting, and evidentiary writing.

Strong problem-solving skills and capable of working with scientists, analysts, and technical software developers across several technical disciplines.

Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI level security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree

Russian, Chinese Cantonese, Chinese Standard or Mandarin, Arabic, Farsi/Persian, Hindi, Greek, Turkish, Kazakh, or other language skill.

Maritime, shipping, oil, and gas knowledge or experience.
