Qualifications & Skills
- Associate, undergraduate or graduate degree
- Being able to work in English is an asset
- Computer literacy
- Be proficient in collecting data and executing researches
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Very good reporting skills
- Experience in conducting literature reviews
- Ability to collect and analyse data in an objective manner
- Vast experience regarding the vocational education system in Turkey
General Professional Experience
- At least 20 years of professional working experience.
Specific Professional Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in working on SMEs and tradesmen and craftsmen
- Working experience with Professional Organizations (e.g. TESK, TOBB, TISK and their sub-organisations, related NGOs)
- Minimum one year of experience related to VET
- Experience in conducting research, monitoring and reporting will be asset
