Qualifications & Skills
- Associate, undergraduate or graduate degree
- Computer literacy
- Be proficient in collecting data and executing researches
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Very good reporting skills
- Ability to collect and analyse data in an objective manner
General Professional Experience
- At least 20 years of professional working experience.
Specific Professional Experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in vocational education and apprenticeship
- Good knowledge of rules and regulations regarding vocational education training and vocational training institutions
- At least 5 years’ working experience in VTCs and other VET centres/institutions
- Working experience with Professional Organizations (e.g. TESK, TOBB, TISK and their sub-organisations, related NGOs)
- Being acquainted with Workplace Inspection and Guidance Groups (IDDG) is an asset
