We are looking for a HR Specialist for one of our customers in İzmir who is in industrial manufacturing industry.
Responsible for budget processes,
Performing and reporting payroll operations,
Managing workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely,
Reconciling payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports,
Design HR analytics and develop reports in accordance with organization need,
Execution of compensation and benefits policy in accordance with the procedure.

niversity graduated,
Min 3 years of experience in processing payroll and budget,
Strong knowledge in Turkish Law and regulations,
Knowledge of ERP HR Modules,
Team player and strong work ethic ,
Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material,
Good written and oral communication skills in English,
Decision-making, problem-solving, and having analytical skills.
Min 3 years of experience in processing payroll and budget,
