We’re looking for a HR Business Partner for our site on Gebze, Kocaeli who will be supporting a manufacturing plant and will be accountable for part of HR services delivery as well as act as Business Partner, ensuring alignment and consistency in the execution of HR Operating Model.
We will trust you to…
- Handle and drive the execution of HR services and achieve operational excellence through strong customer-centric service focus and data accuracy aiming to meet HR KPIs target and service level standards,
- Partner and influence Managers as well as provide insights and consult to Leaders in HR process,
- Execute global HR process for your local partners, such as Performance & Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development,
- Participate in special projects or initiatives,
- Execute and manage end-to-end talent acquisition process in line with guidelines and requirements,
- Work with HR team from other locations and collaborate with COEs (Centers of Expertise) on the implementation and review of new processes, programs and initiatives.
You’ll need to have…
- Bachelor’s degree,
- Experience in HR field ( preferably in production environment),
- Good knowledge of local employment / labor law,
- Strong knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools,
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English as well as native in Turkish,
- High attention to details, ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines,
- High level of interpersonal skills to build relationship,
- High level of attention and understanding of confidential situations and documentations,
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, multi-cultural environment.
