Trendyol Go is the local services arm of Trendyol Group. As part of Trendyol’s vision to fulfill all the daily needs of our users, Trendyol Go connects local merchants, couriers and Trendyol users.  Connection is seamlessly made in real time to facilitate on demand transactions.  Our aim is to deliver anything in 30 minutes.  Through our on demand solution, we are able to extend our offering to include food and fresh grocery. We are pleased to empower local commerce by offering marketplace solutions supported by our last mile delivery network, all within the realm of Trendyol’s operational excellence.

YOUR PROFILE

• 5+ years experience in data analysis, business intelligence / insights, corporate strategy, or equivalent consulting experience,
• Capable of quickly understanding various operational metrics and products, and how they interact,
• Effective prioritization and ability to balance quality and speed in a time constrained environment,
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership with a get-it-done attitude,
• Ability to aggregate and synthesize large amounts of data and leverage a deep understanding of micro and macro fulfillment metrics and systems to drive insights,
• Eagerness to spot inefficiencies and improve broken processes in ever-changing environment,
• Strong sense of analytical thinking, detail-oriented commercial mind and eager to learn,
• Ability to stay calm in dynamic, rapidly-changing environments,
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and Excel / GSheets for data analysis,
• Experience working directly with product/engineering teams on scalable process solutions.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Understand & analyze dynamics of on-demand food delivery
• Partner with data science to ensure optimum restaurant selection, restaurant discoverability and quality.
• Responsible for designing required processes increase content quality of restaurants.
• Responsible for designing effective promotion mechanics to reach targets.
• Strive for operational excellence by empowering local merchants via technology.
• User centric approach; getting continuous feedback from user NPS and focus groups to improve selection, promotion and pricing
