Customer & Seller Experience team analyzes the needs of customers and suppliers and offers solutions to increase their satisfaction and loyalty. Designs end-to-end customer experience processes for existing and new business models. The biggest responsibility of this team is to help Trendyol become a love brand by knowing the processes of all teams well!

YOUR PROFILE

    • Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities. Masters degree is a plus,
    • Minimum 4 years experience in training, coaching, and/or facilitating in a professional environment, for employees and internal clients,
    • Customer-driven and analytical mindset with a desire and ability to identify customer experience teams’ training needs,
    • Open minded, innovative conceptual thinking ability, self-managed, able to process abstract concepts and convert to training,
    • Proactive and results oriented approach,
    • Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
    • Self-motivated and passionate with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
    • No military obligation for male candidates.

YOUR CHALLENGE

    • Identify current and future training and developmental needs for customer experience teams,
    • Design and expand training curriculums/programs in accordance with Trendyol strategies,
    • Develop training materials of classroom and e-learning courses,
    • Conduct training sessions when necessary,
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,
    •  Monitor and review trainees’ progress,
    • Support ad hoc tasks or projects as required.
