Responsibilities:


Projects:

Research, identify and build strong relationships with key influencers in the architect & industrial designers’ community, aluminium system houses and facade companies.

Secure appointments and conduct meetings/presentations to key decision makers and influencers with the goal of specifying Axalta products in projects.

Consult with coating specification and provide samples and relevant product information


Work to Be known among our target audience:

Develop appropriate programs or promotions to attract influencers- create brand attachment by getting them affected, connected and passionate on our offering.

Design and organize events or customer visits in our local Color Experience Rooms, meet influencers on their site or online and attend relevant networking events as Axalta Powder Coating Representative.

Stay on top of industry trends and needs, follow, and actively use social media communication channels

Conduct colour seminars with architects, designers, and target audience

All activities in close coordination with the sales team in the region


Create Axalta ambassadors

Promote cobranded catalogues and Colour Walls among target audience

Train the sales force of our partners to be able to sell the added value of our products


Marketing Communication

Be the coordinator of all MC activities in the country, coordination between the MC central team and the sales team in the country. Responsible of informing the MC team about the needs from the country and to pass the information provided by MC central team to the region

Lead internal communication to our Sales and Marketing Organization.

Active participation in the EMEA prescription team

No authorizations are linked to the role

Responsibility on the preparation and follow up of the prescription budget always included in the MC budget, needs coordination with the Sales manager in the region

Qualifications:

Marketing, Product Management and / or Sales Experience

Previous experience servicing customers in the architect, design, and end user community.

Passion for colour and design

Familiarity with architectural specifications and construction design elements.

Strong Communication & interpersonal skills – able to communicate, present, assert and speak to the target group. Excellent presentation abilities.

Eager to continuously learn about our products, market needs and industry trends.

Must be a savvy marketer with a passion for digital media.

Ability to develop creative events and promotions that resonate with the target audience.

Extremely savvy with Web research and comfortable in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

BA or BS in Marketing, communications, or equivalent practical experience
